You will make a difference
As a Graphic Designer on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

Reasons why this job is for you
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs
- You communicate clearly and proactively in English, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.
- You know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and inDesign.
- You can work on design tasks with a strong eye for detail and consistency
- You’re open to feedback and able to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, project managers and marketers
- You understand design principles (composition, typography, color, layout) and are able to create aesthetic and on-brand visuals for various formats
- You are organized, able to manage your time across multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. You are able to work independently across the full creative process, from concept and ideation to execution and final delivery
- Don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes
- Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients.
- You’re curious about implementing AI tools and workflows (Firefly, Midjourney, or AI-assisted editing/compositing) to improve speed, creativity, and productivity
Bonus:
- You have experience working with After Effects
- You have UX/UI experience
- You are familiar with Figma
